I’ve spent decades in operations, human resources, and executive leadership. I’ve handled difficult terminations, managed through crises, made payroll when margins were thin, and carried responsibility for hundreds of employees at a time.
That means the guidance is grounded in judgment, accountability, and the practical realities behind every people decision.

I’ve worked in Maine since 1992 and focus on independently owned Maine businesses. I understand tight labor markets, small communities, and the difference between what is urgent, what is real risk, and what can wait.
Remote support is available statewide, with on-site availability in Southern Maine.
